How to: Activate hyphenation as a default.
Solution:
Select the 'Hyphenation...' menu and select the 'Automatically hyphenate document' option.
1) Select the 'Tools' menu and select 'Hyphenation...'.
2) Select the 'Automatically hyphenate document' check box.
3) Click 'OK'.
NOTE: The above steps do not work on a paragraph that is locked against hyphenation. Do the following to unlock a paragraph for hyphenation.
1) Select the ' Edit' menu and select 'Select All'.
2) Select the 'Format' menu and select 'Paragraph...'.
3) Click 'Text Flow' tab.
4) Clear 'Don't hyphenate'.
5) Click 'OK'.
